Charles bought a fish tank from a pet shop.
It measures 1.15 m in height and has a square base of length 105 cm.
What is the volume of water in the tank when it is $\dfrac{1}{5}$ filled with water?

Base area of tank = $105 × 105 = 11025\ cm²$
Height of $\dfrac{1}{5}$ filled fish tank = $\dfrac{1}{5}$ $\times$ $1.15 = 0.23\ m = 23\ cm$
Volume of filled tank = $11025 × 23 = \boxed{253575\ cm³}$
