SP002 Maths Paper 2 – Question 04

A group of students stood in four rows. The $1^\text{st}$ row had $10z$ students.
The $2^\text{nd}$ row had half the number of students in the $1^\text{st}$ row.
The $3^\text{rd}$ row had 5 more students than the $2^\text{nd}$ row.
The $4^\text{th}$ row had $z + 1$ fewer students than the $3^\text{rd}$ row.

(a) Find the number of students in the $4^\text{th}$ row in terms of $z$.
